In 1983 Don Southam organized the company. His background in Calibration and
Quality Assurance provides a strong foundation for our company. Dave Southam
joined his father in 1986 and is now the Quality Manager. As our company has
grown, carefully trained employees have been added to the staff. They are
knowledgeable, experienced, and skilled in our industry.

Our documented Quality System is used each time an instrument is calibrated for
you. Employees are trained and supervised to consistently provide accurate
information regarding your instrument’s condition.
PROMPT SERVICE
Calibration is performed within a period of five working days. This also applies
to instruments requiring repair - unless the parts needed are not in our
extensive supply.
With prior arrangements we can immediately expedite your order. (A hold period
of twenty four-hours is required.)
FAIR PRICES
By considering your present and future needs and monitoring our industry, we are
able to place a fair price on all of our services.
We treat each of our customers the same. All accounts, large or small, pay the
same amount for our services. You pay only for the service received, not for
another customer’s discount.
